Processing of personal data

TELEKOM NIGHT RUN users consent to the processing of personal data during the installation of the TELEKOM NIGHT RUN app.

Personal data is collected, processed, and sent by users only during the installation and use of the TELEKOM NIGHT RUN app.

1. What kind of personal data we collect and process

Identification data of the device on which TELEKOM NIGHT RUN was installed;

2. Purpose of the collection and period of processing of personal data

We collect and process personal data for the purpose of recognizing users when logged in;
Personal data collected through TELEKOM NIGHT RUN will not be used to identify or place people for marketing purposes.
We will only store and process your personal information during the period when your account is activated.

3. The method of collecting personal data

During the installation, we collect identification data of the devices of TELEKOM NIGHT RUN users;

4. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

User's personal information is not provided to third parties. Users can only be contacted by in-app notifications.

5. Security and deletion of data

All personal data collected during the TELEKOM NIGHT RUN service is transferred and stored in cloud databases. Only authorized company employees have access to personal data and can access the data only for the purpose of resolving TELEKOM NIGHT RUN usage issues;
If you would like to delete the personal data we have obtained, you can do so by sending a written request to our customer support via office@ambitas.sk. Upon receipt of the request, we will remove the account and any personal data associated with the account. Once deleted, personal information will be anonymized and used for analytics only.
Please note that uninstalling TELEKOM NIGHT RUN on your device will not erase your personal information. To remove the personal data collected by TELEKOM NIGHT RUN, please send us a written request by email as above. You should also keep in mind that a request to delete personal information is only possible if we delete your account. As a result, you will not be able to use TELEKOM NIGHT RUN under an existing account.
If you assume that we (or any other person processing your personal data) perform such processing that is in violation of your personal rights or in violation of the law, especially if personal data is inaccurate, you may:
a) ask us (and / or any other person processing your personal information) for an explanation;
b) require us (and / or any other subject subject to tax processing your personal data) to remedy the state of affairs (in particular by blocking, correcting or supplementing personal data);
c) appeal directly to the relevant data protection authority that has jurisdiction over your personal data.

6. Direct marketing

We do not use your contact information to share our product-related marketing messages. We share marketing messages with notifications in our TELEKOM NIGHT RUN app.
